Seffihair® compared to other methods
Seffihair® has some special features compared to other methods. While PRP (platelet-rich plasma) only contains growth factors from blood platelets, Seffihair® uses stem cells activated and multiplied by nanofat, which intervene directly in the hair follicles. This makes this method potentially more effective, as it not only promotes hair growth, but also stimulates cell regeneration and can therefore achieve a lasting improvement in hair density.
Regenera Activa® is also an innovative procedure for hair regeneration, but is based on other cell sources. Regenera Activa® reactivates and strengthens the growth of existing hair follicles by extracting cells from healthy areas of the scalp and injecting them into the areas to be treated. Treatment
The Seffihair® treatment takes approx. 60-90 minutes. First, fat is removed under local anesthesia, from which we extract the valuable stem cells in the next step. After special preparation, we inject the cells into the affected areas of the scalp using a fine needle in order to promote natural cell regeneration.
Aftercare
The treatment does not require any special recovery time, so you are immediately fit for social life again. In the first 24 hours, the scalp should be protected, i.e. you should avoid washing your hair, sports and direct sunlight. The donor site on the abdomen is closed with a sealing plaster for 3 days. The first changes usually become visible within a few weeks. The final result can usually be seen after 3-6 months.
