The G-spot is a spot in the woman’s vagina that is very sensitive to sexual stimulation and can trigger a vaginal orgasm. However, the sensitivity of this area varies enormously from woman to woman.
Many women are difficult to stimulate vaginally, which is why, according to their own feelings, they would like to increase their sexual pleasure by enlarging it by injecting the G-spot and increase their vaginal orgasm ability. By using hyaluronic acid or autologous fat in this intimate surgery procedure, G-spot enlargement is possible for several months or even permanently, which can also result in a long-term improvement in sexual sensation for a majority of the women concerned.

G-spot enlargement with hyaluronic acid is a minimally invasive procedure. It is performed under local anesthesia or in a kind of twilight sleep, depending on the patient’s wishes. The hyaluronic acid gives volume to the erogenous zone at the G-spot. This can increase the sensitivity of the area in the intimate region and increase the sensation of pleasure. When treating with hyaluronic acid, it should be noted that this endogenous active ingredient completely degrades again within 9-12 months. A permanent solution is the injection of the G-spot with autologous fat. For this variant of the G-spot injection, the suction of a small fat depot is necessary in advance, which is then prepared for the intimate surgery treatment. Fine cannulas are then used to add volume to the sexually stimulable point with autologous fat, which can increase sexual excitability. Injection of autologous fat usually promises long-lasting results, as the autologous fat is not completely broken down by the body.
After the non-surgical procedure of G-spot enlargement, undesirable incidents such as complications are very rare. In isolated cases, secondary bleeding or infection may occur within the first few days after the procedure. Swelling or a feeling of pressure on the urethra is also possible several days after the treatment. However, they occur only temporarily. Due to the sensitive areas of the body treated during intimate surgery applications, a slight feeling of pressure within the vagina or on the urethra may last for several weeks until it completely subsides.
The G-spot injection is followed by a rest period of approximately one week. During the first week after the treatment, the use of tampons should be avoided. In addition, sex, sports and bathing should be avoided for the first one to two weeks. Showering is possible again from the second day after the painless procedure, but the use of soap in the intimate area should be avoided. Due to the minimally invasive procedure of G-spot injections, no stitches are used, so there is no need to remove stitches.
In aesthetic intimate surgery, the cost of G-spot enlargement depends on individual factors. The costs vary depending on the type of injection with hyaluronic acid or autologous fat. The plastic aesthetic procedure with the use of autologous fat is more costly than the enlargement with hyaluronic acid due to the preceding liposuction. The price also varies depending on the patient and the condition of the skin, tissue and fat distribution. All costs for the procedure, anesthesia and stay are discussed with the patient in a consultation before the surgery, so that no unexpected costs arise.
The costs are not covered by health insurance companies, since the procedure is not medically necessary, but is performed for aesthetic reasons.
