Exosomes are tiny vesicles that are present in all human cells. They are the body’s endogenous cell products and play a key role in cell communication. These particles contain proteins and growth factors that, among other things, promote collagen production, which in turn contributes to improving skin texture, elasticity and moisture. Due to their ability to regenerate, they are used in aesthetic medicine to

• improve skin quality,

Compared to invasive procedures such as surgical skin tightening, treatment with exosomes is a minimally invasive and particularly gentle alternative that only requires a short recovery time. Preparation for the treatment

In order to reduce the risk of side effects, we strongly recommend that our patients refrain from taking blood thinners (such as aspirin or paracetamol) approximately two weeks before the planned injection treatment. However, you should not stop taking these medications without first consulting a doctor. To ensure your health and safety, such adjustments to your medication should always be made in consultation with a healthcare professional.

The treatment process

Every treatment process at our clinic starts with a thorough consultation. We will discuss your expectations and check whether treatment with exosome injections is suitable for you. During this consultation, we will inform you about the course of the treatment as well as potential risks and side effects. We will also provide you with an idea of the expected treatment outcome.

The treatment itself usually takes about 30 minutes and is performed without anaesthetic. However, local anaesthesia can also be administered at your request. For the treatment, we use PRP (platelet-rich plasma) extracted from your blood and combine it with specifically designed herbal exosomes, which are then injected into the affected areas using a fine needle. You can leave the clinic immediately after the treatment and return to your daily activities.

Aftercare

After the treatment, you may notice slight swelling or redness in the treated areas. These symptoms are usually harmless and should disappear on their own within a short time. It may be beneficial to carefully cool the affected areas to alleviate discomfort and support the healing process. To achieve the best treatment result, it may be necessary to schedule several treatment sessions. These sessions are performed at set intervals to allow your skin to regenerate and realise the full potential of the treatment.

Typically, the first visible results of the treatment begin to appear after a few weeks and continue to improve over time. In most cases, you can expect the final results to last up to a year.
